What is AgeJET and how does it work?

AgeJET is a skin rejuvenating, resurfacing, skin tightening treatment that converts nitrogen gas into nitrogen plasma. This non-ablative source of thermal energy penetrates the skin through controlled pulses that gently heat the the entire structure of the skin. The energy is conducted through water naturally present in our skin.

AgeJET treats 100% of skin tissue. Unlike fractional technologies that treat only up to 30% - 40% of the tissue.

AgeJET technology is light years ahead of other resurfacing/rejuvenating modalities. Many of these treatments work by ablating the skin to create the healing response. Pre-Treatment Instructions

One month prior to treatment avoid any change in skin color, tanning beds or sun exposure
One week before your appointment, avoid retinoids, retinols or other exfoliants
Use Hyaluronic acid, make sure you are very hydrated inside and out
No smoking of any sort
Limit alcohol consumption
Men please shave day of treatment
It’s a good idea to bring a clean hat & sunglasses

Post-Treatment/ Expectations

Skin feels sun burned, looks pink depending on the level of treatment
Downtime will vary per individual, health, age and skin hydration
Keep your skin hydrated with hyaluronic acid and Aquaphor
Most patients have some flakinessand redness with a tight feeling
Dark blotchy spots that look like hyperpigmentation can form, a normal part of the healing process
Immediately after treatment the area will feel tight.
